Andrew & Jim Statires of Statires Realty purchased on 9/23/16 for $3,220,000 and performed a gut renovation into 2 triplex condos – penthouse triplex with 4 beds, rear & roof decks and parking space for $3,250,00 and a parlor to garden triplex with 3 beds, rear deck & patio and parking space for $2,830,000
