Originally from Southern Vermont, Molly made the move to Boston 7 years ago and has since made Boston her home!
 
With over 6 years of experience working in marketing and brand support, Molly has established herself as a knowledgeable and resourceful team player. Her expertise lies in supporting and growing brands' presence and footprint throughout the country.
 
In 2022, Molly joined Compass as an Agent Experience Coordinator, where she quickly demonstrated her ability to take on new challenges, streamline processes and implement structure. Her dedication and passion for her work have earned her a reputation as a reliable and trusted colleague.
 
When not in the office, you can find Molly spending time outdoors, skiing in Vermont, sailing on her family's Thistle, or running around with her 2-year-old nephew, Chase!
